　　举升式AGV带有可升降式举升平台。举升平台机构，是智能AGV进行分拣输送中，对接传送轨道或举升托盘高度控制的关键部位。平台举升高度、倾斜度、速度、加速度等控制，对举升式AGV是否能稳定、可靠、安全运行起到了决定性作用。

　　OSM40-KL800系列模拟量高精度激光传感器应用在举升平台机构中，用于举升位置信号反馈。一个AGV使用2-4只OSM40，安装在举升平台下方，位置朝上来检测平台底部。平台上下移动时，OSM40将位置信号实时反馈到控制器，从而指导执行机构，控制倾斜度、加速度、以及举升高度，精密定位控制在一毫米以内。
