宜科亮相2019中国联通合作伙伴大会，助力5G时代产业数字化转型

　　4月23日，中国联通全球产业链合作伙伴大会在上海世博中心拉开帷幕。本次大会以“联通5G，共见未来”为主题，逾三千名来自5G、边缘计算、云计算、物联网、人工智能等全球产业链的合作伙伴嘉宾莅临大会，数万人参观，可谓盛况空前，备受瞩目。

　　Spider67 Mobile系列产品基于宜科创新研发的Spider67系列分布式可扩展I/O产品，将物联网核心技术与工业现场采集模块相结合，加入EIoT CB200系列物联网核心网关组件，并在最新版产品中升级扩展WiFi功能，在共享Spider67系列标准扩展组件的基础上，为客户提供了远程数据采集、诊断、控制的工业物联网解决方案。其标准扩展组件支持M12、M8接口的扩展模块方案，包括数字量接口模块、模拟量接口模块，其中模拟量支持包括0~5V、0~10V、0~20mA、4~20mA多种方案可选，基于IoT Hub的配置应用功能，为用户设备自定义组网（模块及接入传感器规格定义），用户可以通过IoT Hub工业互联网赋能平台API完成数据调用及数据二次开发应用。

　　宜科IoT Hub工业互联网赋能平台能够有效解决落地过程中的数据采集及上传问题，从而实现制造流程的各个环节及信息孤岛之间的数据流动网络化，精准突破“痛点”，通过边缘计算和云计算，实现数据的有效分析及处理，同时将采集分析后的数据结合应用进行耦合重组，实现SaaS微服务。而工业App则把各种数据重新组合，经过信息化、知识化处理，封装成可以执行或调用的服务模块；大数据分析技术在SaaS平台上提供更加完善的数据分析工具，让数据产生价值。

　　宜科推出的Edge Controller(边缘控制器)，为企业设备快速上云提供条件，在边缘层实现数据采集，数据清洗，数据过滤等功能。
