通知|科隆中国技术新客服平台正式启用

　　为了更好的对现场客户进行远程支持，自2019年9月起，科隆中国远程支持中心在原有400-996-0150热线上新增了网络售后客服平台，该平台主要功能包括在线远程诊断用户设备使用故障，操作指导，客户疑问留言等售后技术问题。平台接收来自以下两个通道所传递的售后技术咨询，我们会有多个座席进行及时响应和支持。系统推出后原科隆技术服务微信号将逐步停止使用。

　　客户在登录该平台后可以文字，语音，图片，短视频等方式直接和技术客服进行即时沟通。目前该平台支持两种方式联系客服人员：

　　1. 科隆中文官网

　　2. 移动平台微信公众号--- “科隆测量仪器“。

　　2. 移动平台（手机/平板移动终端安卓，IOS系统均可）登录方式，微信加科隆测量仪器公众号后在“技术服务”一栏“售后在线咨询”登录。
