倍福 EtherCAT 测量模块 ELM3xxx系列

　　全新的 EtherCAT 测量模块可以直接集成到 EtherCAT通讯系统中，与 500 多种其它 EtherCAT 端子模块配套使用。模块金属外壳的屏蔽性和冷却性已经针对测量应用进行过优化。同时，坚固耐用的外壳在接口方面具有更高的灵活性，可以快速定制标准解决方案，使用如 LEMO 或 BNC 接口或者推入式接口。测量模块在 23 °C 时的测量精度可以达到 100 ppm（百万分之一），同步精度小于 1 微秒，且采样频率更是高达每秒 50,000 次，确保实现高品质的数据采集。
