　　宜科最新推出的超紧凑、超薄型光电传感器OS4，产品尺寸仅为20×12×4.1mm，采用11mm通用安装孔距，适合安装在狭小空间内，为3C、电子、半导体、锂电，机械手臂，小型设备等提供紧凑安装的光电传感器解决方案。
　　产品特点：
　　1.OS4 薄片型光电传感器系列，涵盖2种类型的产品，检测面正面和检测面侧面的两种出光方向，满足不同紧凑空间的安装需求。
　　2.小巧机身，融合了更先进的光机技术，具备优良的黑白衰减特性，对深色和浅色被测物，检测距离几乎相同。同时也适用于检测微小、细微物体，如最小可检测 φ 0.2mm铜丝等。
　　3.该系列产品可提供2种检测模式，对射式和BGS背景抑制式。对射式检测距离 1m、背景抑制式检测距离为15mm和30mm。
　　典型应用场景：

　　在安装空间有限的地方，OS4 薄片型光电传感器也可轻松安装。点光源设计小角度发光，可防止干扰，通过各种线性光点，可检测电路板等薄型工件或金属管等有光泽的工件，以及厚度比较薄的PCB板。

　　在检测料盒的物料缺失应用中，OS4 薄片型光电传感器可以安装在物料盒顶部，对每一个工位进行检测。该产品聚焦光斑，可以判断和检测到每一个细微环节，做到不漏检。

　　OS4 薄片型光电传感器以小尺寸，超薄的外形，可以更好地安装在紧凑设备上并提供稳定检测。其强大的BGS功能，可以对电路板上的不同的深浅物体，如芯片、电阻、电容等精确检测，并且不会造成误触发。
