    ST7系列8位微控制器ST7系列单片机的内核是一个8位CPU,CPU中具有6个内部寄存器。ST7系列单片机内部集成低电压检测器(LVD)、看门狗、高抗干扰的电磁兼容电路。通过编程可实现读/写保护、多种低功耗模式等,片上外设包括10位多通道A/D转换器、SCI、SPI、I2C、USB和CAN接口,还有各种8位和16位带PWM功能的定时器。

    它的复位和时钟电路可以不用任何外部组件,内部的低电压检测器和一个完整的1% RC振荡器就能确保充分安全地启动单片机工作,从而是其应用成本降至最低。

    ST7系列单片机都建立在一个满足通用工业标准的8位CPU之上,具有增强的指令集。ST7系列的闪存具有可逐字节在线编程和在应用中编程的功能。ST7系列单片机有等待、慢速、暂停、掉电等多种低功耗工作模式。

    ST7内核使用基于行业标准的8位架构,并加以改进,使之支持高级语言编程,并提供额外的中断处理特性:。ST7 微控制器系列尤其适用于智能化电器、电机控制、汽车车身、家庭自动化及许多新兴的微控制应用。这一成熟的8位微控制器系列能够灵活地进行闪存编程,并且具备满足多种应用所需的可靠性。针对客户预算和需求,ST提供了一系列的方案。
