科隆OPTITEMP TT 53:携带NFC和蓝牙的新型温度变送器模块

　　科隆KROHNE推出了OPTITEMP TT 53。OPTITEMP TT 53是一种新型通用可编程热电阻（RTD）和热电偶（TC）元件的二线制温度变送器模块。针对化工、石油和天然气以及发电行业而专门开发，具有HART 7通信、NAMUR NE 107诊断和防爆认证。
　　在一体型（C）和轨道安装型（R）版本中，新的变送器模块可以通过PC或HART手操器进行编程，或通过使用iOS和Android设备的OPTITEMP Connect APP进行无线编程。该应用程序可以通过内置近场通信（NFC）或可选的OPTITEMP TT-CON BT配置套件（一个小型蓝牙调制解调器）与OPTITEMP TT 53通信。通过移动设备，用户可以编程、配置和监控变送器，例如设置mA输出、执行输出模拟、查看实际电源电压、检查运行器计时和当前或历史进程/环境温度日志。通过HART 7通信，其中一些读数也可供PCS使用
　　OPTITEMP TT 53的坚固设计确保了即使在恶劣的环境条件下也能可靠运行：高达10 g的抗振性、快速的阶跃响应时间和高精度（持续时间±0.08%; 最大值±0.08K）确保了长期稳定性（持续时间/年最大流动 ±0.02%）。经ATEX和IECEx认证，新的变送器模块适用于防爆区域。OPTITEMP TT 53根据NAMUR NE 107提供扩展的诊断信息，例如设备错误、传感器断开监测和接线条件。它还符合NAMUR建议NE 21、43和53。
